The 2024 Asia Pacific Screen Printing and Imaging Association Autumn Conference was held in Guangzhou, and the 2025 Asia Pacific Printing Boutique Exhibition is scheduled for August in Shanghai

The 2024 Asia Pacific Screen Printing and Imaging Association (ASGA) Autumn Conference was held on November 11, 2024 at the Mingyue Hotel in Guangzhou. This conference was held in both online and offline formats, with 15 presidents and secretaries general from associations in China, Japan, Thailand, Australia, and South Korea attending the offline meeting. Four members of the International Committee of the Japan Screen Printing Association also participated online. Dou Weifeng, Chairman of the Screen Printing and Imaging Branch of the China Printing Technology Association, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Shen Chunyan, President of the Asia Pacific Screen Printing and Imaging Association and Honorary Chairman of the Screen Printing and Imaging Branch of the China Printing Technology Association.

National associations share industry status quo. China's Shen Chunyan focuses on introducing new technologies for flexible and transparent touch circuits, which are more cost-effective, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly compared to traditional ITO. She also shares two related industry standards in English. Australia claims that the clothing industry has been greatly impacted by the economic downturn, and the association focuses on sustainability and AI applications. South Korea showcases screen printing special effects at exhibitions to attract young people's attention. Japan is accelerating its transition to fully automated production due to the trade war and rising costs. Thailand borrows new energy vehicles from China to build factories and drive the development of the electronics industry. All parties unanimously recognize the Shanghai Asia Pacific Boutique Exhibition in August next year, propose to focus on the integration of digitalization and sustainable development, refine the classification of exhibits, and actively organize members to participate in the exhibition.
